I need a full time video editor to edit my videography. Please read this post completely for needs, expectations, and instructions for applying.

#1. Please review my examples below as this is what I'm looking for:

- I will provide you with video files and instructions, you will then edit the video to look like the example I’ll give for that specific project

- I will provide you with video files and instructions via dropbox or google drive.

#3. If you look at these examples and are not 100% confident you can do this, please do not apply. I am NOT looking for a beginner, I want a full time person to 100% focus on my videos.

#4. The videos need a 24 hour turn around, as I repurpose and republish them quickly. Some videos will require up to a 3 day turnaround. If you are not 100% confident you can do this turn around, please do not apply. I am looking for someone who can move at my pace.

#5. We will communicate via zoom or our slack project management system. I want to avoid tedious email communication and keep it all in a quick and efficient system for fast communication.

#6. So all in all, I am looking for:
- Someone with Full Time availability to be dedicated to my account
- Someone with a lot of prior experience, ideally specializing in Video Editing & story telling (Affect Effects & sound design is a plus)
- Someone with reliable and fast turnaround time
- Someone who communicates well throughout the process
- Someone creative with attention to detail
- Someone who speaks English well enough to follow instructions
