URGENT HIRING:
JUNIOR COMPUTER NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
(Office-Based, Full Time Position)
Angeles City, Pampanga

Helia Technologies, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, serves small to medium businesses of up to 50 people with their office equipment and phone systems.

We have recently opened our Angeles City, Philippines office and we are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join our team.


Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues by utilizing in-house equipment and technologies
- Recommend updates or improvements in system programming and configuration, or documentation to address
- Answer inquiries regarding technical concerns via telephone or email
- Perform remote routine maintenance or standard repairs
- Create or revise technical documentation, procedures, or manuals

Requirements:

- Male or Female
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and other related course
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Computer Networking or Network Administration
- Microsoft, Cisco / CCNA, or COMPTIA+ certifications are an advantage
- Must be a local resident of Pampanga or willing to relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
- Can start immediately

Preferred Skills:

- Good oral and written communication and listening skills
- Good telephone skills and customer service skills are an advantage
- Ability to research and recommend new technologies
- Ability to deal with clients and work on a team or independently
- A proactive approach to resolving problems and ensuring that services remain robust
- Self motivation and willingness to learn
