JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking recruit a Project Programme Coordinator to support our Educational Mentoring Program.

The purpose of these roles is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Educational Mentoring Program as well as meeting the needs of the program. You will be responsible for the day to day administration of our online learning system-Learn Upon or similar. You will be managing our E-learning training inbox on a weekly basis, collating training outcomes and liaising with students .

The duties will Include:

• onboarding new students

• Course administration
• Ensuring effective weekly operations of the program

emailing students, helping out with running webinars

• developing and implementing successful projects, online events and programmes
• supporting established relationships as well as developing new links
• producing reports
• engage in learning and development activities

• Promote training and team on our members area

• Manage e-learning registrations on Learn Upon and other platforms and ensure learners are issued with the appropriate information/joining instructions

• Measure success and impact of students

The Requirements For This Role Include
• good communication skills
• excellent IT skills
• excellent relationship building skills
• ability to think analytically and strategically - respond creatively to challenges
• excellent communications skills - verbal and written
• proven project management experience

Desirable
• Knowledge of Learning Management systems such as Podio
• Experience in designing slides with PowerPoint
• Experience working in projects and/or training coordination within the advertising or marketing industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
