Sales Manager

We are an established jewelry company on the lookout for a Rockstar Customer Service Agent who has proven experience in closing sales over the telephone. Please apply if you check the boxes below.

- More than 2 years in the call center industry (Sales and Customer Service)
- Available from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT
- American Accent
- Knowledge of using Live Agent and Google Mail
- An internet connection that won't affect the quality of calls (Plus a backup internet connection)
- Assertive in contacting and closing sales (Outbound calls)
- Self-managing and able to make daily reports
- Time-doctor monitored
