Real Estate Cold Caller

Growing Real estate company located in Texas is looking for experienced cold callers!

Must have experience with outbound calling. This is a long term position.

30-40Hrs/Week - Hours are from 10am-5pm CST. Starting pay is $3 USD per hour plus $150 USD commission for each closed deal.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Cold Calling Homeowners
Scheduling Appointments
Communicating with clients and potential clients
Determining motivation of potential sellers
Real Estate Cold Call Experience preferred
Working with a Dialer on the daily & ability to use and input data into Microsoft Excel
