JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a stellar customer service professional for my brand. I sell women's jewelry and accessories. Would need to be able to work 10am - 6m Central Standard Time. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a go getter who takes initiative and can learn quickly. 30 hours per week.

Duties include:
Answering customer emails (we currently use Gorgias)
Answering and returning customer phone calls
Managing social media (interacting with customers, responding, creating and posting content, managing Facebook groups)
Data entry as needed
Setting up new products in Shopify
Setting up and managing inventory in our inventory management system (creating bundles, updating inventory, etc.)
Creating templates / standard responses to common customer questions and concerns
Creating and editing Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Other duties as assigned
