Sales Associate (I.T.)
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Builds up business through gaining new customers and acquiring new accounts;
• Follows up new business opportunities and setting up meetings;
• Communicates new product developments / enhancements of existing products to clients;
• Plans and prepares product presentations;
• Gathers market and customer information;
• Networks with industry professionals and stakeholders;
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand customer and client base; and
• Submits sales lead reports to the Direct including all other pertinent information on sales and business development activities.
• Handles customer complaints and or endorses them to proper technical support group for resolution or action, does follow-ups;
• Formulates sales products policies, practices and procedures;
• Develops maintains and updates account database; and
• Provides prompt and appropriate response to client inquiries and/or related concerns as a means to foster and maintain productive client relations
Requirements:
• With degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any 4-year related course
• Experience in doing sales in Information Technology field is an advantage, though not a requirement
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Familiar in doing telemarketing
