Frontend Html/Css Designer

New startup tech company looking for experienced frontend designer and developer. Needs to be able to design beautiful, current looking web applications in raw html and css. Must be very skilled in design, and have a lot of experience with Html and Css. Pay is between $12 - $20 hourly depending on skill level and experience.
