Rockstar Project Manager to Help Systemize Online Business & Manage On-Going Projects

Seeking a project manager to help systemize, streamline and then manage projects/tasks in our online business.

We are a multimedia platform with digital magazine, podcast, website, virtual summit, robust social media, Facebook Group, etc.

We already work in Asana and have a decent amount of projects defined. Further, we have some SOPs (videos) created, and documents to help manage and run our business, HOWEVER, we do not have a streamlined system where everything is easily accessible and well structured/organized.

The bulk of this job in the beginning will be working with the company owner during daytime hours (Eastern Standard Time) to understand how the business operates and then creating a business system that is well structured and organized.

Such as creating official SOPs, creating workflow charts, mapping projects and creating within project management tool, etc.

The expectation is that SOPs, workflow charts, project creations within a project management system will all be top-notch. As such, we are seeking someone with very good experience in this area.

Once the business is systemized and streamlined, then the job will be managing the projects.

What are projects within our business?

1. Ensuring our digital magazine is produced on time
2. Ensuring our podcast is produced on time
3. Ensuring our virtual summit is produced on time
4. Double checking work happening from various freelancers
5. Vetting/hiring freelancers or services to handle certain project tasks

Ultimately, we need a project manager who understands the nature of an online business and is highly skilled with project management tools and setting up SOPs and process flows as to structure our business system and manage.

Though we are 2.5 years old, we are growing quickly, and the role will bring about new projects (revenue streams) to help systemize and manage.
