Virtual Assistant for Chat Support, Data Entry, Customer Service

We are looking for a virtual assistant fully fluent in American English, speaking and writing, to be part of our offshore team along with our current inhouse team. Must have experience at least 2 years in eCommerce/online marketing or done similar jobs before

You Must have experience working Facebook chat, Manychat, Online Orders Customer Service and Be familiar with amazon website.

Job’s description includes but not limited to:
- Facebook chat support using ---------- (answering the messages on Facebook, continuously checking the messenger bot, and making sure everything is working properly)
- Keeping track of Amazon product reviews
- Email support for our customer service (will teach you our process and answers to different scenarios)
- Create shipping labels and fulfill orders
- Data management using Excel and google sheets
- You must be fully fluent in English, speaking and writing, and be able to do video calls with our team throughout the day.
- You need to have high speed internet and a Fast PC/Laptop, at least 8GB Ram, stable connection (it affects your job performance)
- You must be able to work between 8am to 4pm PST time zone.

This is a fulltime job, Min 30 Hours per week job (4-5 hours a day) or more. 6 Days a week.
