Call leads we have that are motivated sellers. we would give you a price not to exceed and you would try to negotiate below that price as much as possible. if we give a price at 150K max and you close deal at 150K we give $500 or 15?low that price. if you get contract at 130K then we give 15% of the difference between 150K -130K = 20K * 15% or you would get a commission of 3K bonus.
