Wordpress Developer with Optimizepress experience (updated)

I NEED SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO:
@ Pay attention to detail (VERY IMPORTANT)
@ Install a wordpress site, either manual or from fantastico/softaculous
@ Capable of updating and backing up wordpress AND plugins
@ Capable of developing AaronWan.Sg from a themeforest.net template
@ knows optimizepress plugin and can turn a text-based sales copy into a graphic-inclined sales letter

NOTE: i did up aaronwan.sg myself, so i'm looking for someone who is capable of duplicating this effort

TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED
1) Wordpress
2) Photoshop (Design)
3) Optimizepress

SOFT SKILLS NEEDED:
1) Attention to details. Website needs to be free of typos, font misalignment
2) Pleasant personality and likes to work in a team

OPTIMIZEPRESS SKILLS
1) I did this myself: http://livesmart.asia/livesmart-workshop-kuching-8-9-august-all-dates/. Am looking for someone who is able to translate an all-text sales copy into the above-mentioned landing page

EXPECTATION:
1) Part time, but need consistent hours during weekdays (either morning or afternoon)
2) NO NEED to work during weekends
3) I purchase my themes from themeforest.net. You'll need to install and upload their demo data
