Responsibility includes:
• Design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage and firefighting layouts.
• Quotation preparation for HVAC project and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge Of Heat Load Estimation, Selection of Type of Air Conditioning System, Pipe/Duct Sizing Etc.
• All Aspects of Project Design, Preliminary Design Report with Cost Estimates, Design Drawings.
• Preparation of Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of design concept, cost estimation.
• Coordinating with the client and project team.
• Visiting site for design reviews, technical issues.
• Approving vendors shop drawings.
• Should have excellent communication skills (English).
• Drafting of HVAC layouts and details.
• Design & drafting of Air conditioning & Ventilation projects.
• Making drawings of Duct Layout, Ventilation System, Exhaust System, Air cooled chilled water.
• Air Conditioning systems, Ventilation & Extract systems.
• Preparing Co-ordination drawings with other services.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant discipline draughting service with ACAD.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience using AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to work up drawings (plans, sections & details) from basic sketches to full working drawings.
• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD software (version 2010 and above). Including AutoCAD functions, such as X-Refs, Lisp, Blocks, Layers, Model Space & Paper Space, Viewports, Pen Setting files and all AutoCAD utilities. Should also be familiar with other Autodesk software such as Reference Manager.
• Good working knowledge of the relevant discipline.
• Good 3D modelling skills.• Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
