VA - Order Fulfillment + Customer Support

Full-time VA required to fulfill orders for E-commerce business. The website uses WooCommerce. Customer support uses HubSpot. Live chat, email and little phone support is required. VA will be in charge of all customer questions and support and moving the order from start to delivery using the CRM system. Must be willing to work full-time and maintain client relations at all times. Must be pro-active in fulfilling orders. Update and maintain website with product information as needed. Update and maintain accounting using QuickBooks Online.
