Recruiter

I need a recruiter that can source candidates through their own systems and send me resumes of interested candidates. I have a lt of open positions and need people for the positions. So you will be taking my jobs and sourcing people for them with your own research. Finding and vetting the people then sending them to me if the match and are interested.
