Digital Sales & Marketer

We’re looking for a digital marketing expert.

Ohana House Co. is an American interior design media and handcrafted home decor company. Simply put, we inspire people to curate the best experiences in their spaces. We are a new startup e-commerce and social media content based business that is looking for a highly effective digital marketer who can help us grow!

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to manage the digital marketing process, create marketing strategy, and make strategic recommendations to drive results
Must have strong copywriting skills (you should be able to write engaging blog posts, social media captions, and compelling ad copy)
Must have email marketing experience
Must have experience managing and growing social media business accounts.
Must have experience managing PPC advertising
Must be organized and keep spreadsheets to track research and planning.
Must complete 30-40 hours each week using Time Doctor app

NICE TO HAVES:

Video editing skills through Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Experience setting up and managing email marketing drip campaigns
Graphic design skills
Experience managing Instagram and Facebook advertising
Website management skills (Shopify)


WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Starting pay 25,000/month salary
Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
1 week bonus pay upon hiring
Two weeks paid vacation each year
National holidays off, paid
13th month bonus (starting in December 2022)
10% raise each year (On anniversary date)

Must have high speed internet
30-40 hours of work each week
Must be willing to learn and take assignments
Must perform some virtual assistant duties
Must communicate through Slack and Asana apps
Must perform well as a team
Must meet deadlines
