This hardworking individual who can draw Shop drawing and should be skilled in quickly drawing in 2D + 3D plans and models, who will be collaborating Project Manager and Civil Engineers for high end residential and bespoke commercial projects for a fast-growing builder in Manhattan and the Hamptons, NY. Your approach to your work should be meticulous in your attention to detail and thoughtful as you face architectural and end user clients in New York.

Qualifications:

- With license as an Architect
- With experience as an structural detailer
- Who can do Shop Drawing
- Someone who can quickly draw structural designs
- With experience and expertise in architectural
- Has experience in general construction designs department or an on-going project
- Detailed and with expertise in shop drawing
- Willing to work in EST or graveyard shift Manila Time
- With strong internet connection
