Answer incoming support calls in the U.S During Chicago (C.S.T) time zone 8am to 5pm.
Fluent English is required.
Tasks include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Resolve issues by troubleshooting remotely
- Manage on-site techs if dispatching is needed to resolve the issue.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Required experience:
- Windows servers
- Active Directory,
- Windows 10,
- Firewalls and switches
- Home Care Home Base software
- Datto Alto backup and recovery
- Ninja RMM software
- VOIP phones
*experience with Qount software is a plus.
