Waterline Design w/ AutoCAD Pipeworks

Provide full construction drawings both in pdf and AutoCAD dwg for the attached survey for waterline project. Also provide material schedule to include all materials used in the design with quantities.

Waterline must be designed using AWWA standards and the following details:
- 6" PVCO pipe will be used for the waterline design
- 6" bedding (screened black sand)
- 6" screened black sand on sides of pipe
- 12" screened black sand on top of pipe
- 2ft minimum cover the 12" black sand on top of pipe ( pipe is buried 3ft min to top of pipe)
- FH spaced at 500 LF and located in easy to access areas
- Air Release Valves at ever high point or 1000LF
- Inline meter at beginning of pipeline close to existing water main
- No 90degree bends allowed in pipeline
- Show details of each elbow, tee, fittings at all connections
- Other details as needed to assure the proper installation of the waterline
