We are the trusted advisor for all IT / Telecommunications needs, including Telephone systems, Carrier services, Voice & data networks, VoIP systems, Cabling and Managed IT services.

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter that has the skills and knowledge to exceed customers expectations and be part of a great team. Must be able to communicate clearly and for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience:

Clear and concise communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team ---------- iendly phone ---------- re about customer satisfaction.
Previous Outbound Sales/Appointment setting experience a must.
Professional and positive work ethic.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Target/KPI driven.

Reporting is a crucial part of this position. You will be required to send stats after every shift, such as total calls, presentations, callbacks, appointments made etc. Calls to be made during Australian business hours of 9 am - 5 pm (Mon - Fri). Having Telecommunication experience will be highly regarded.

Pay and Bonus:
We believe in paying good hourly rate plus generous commissions for sales generated as a result of your appointment. We offer one of the best pay structure in this industry.
