Google Adwords Expert Wanted

We are an online store selling lightings. We’re looking for a Google Adwords and Google Analytics expert to build and optimize our Google AdWords pay per click marketing account.

We are currently in looking for a Google Adwords expert who can:
- Manage and monitor our google adwords account
- Text ad and display ad optimization, with knowledge of designing banners
- Do A/B testing regularly
- Experiment to maximize exposure and minimize CPC
- Within budget, create a number of google adword campaigns that focus on specific niche, that direct customers back to our website
- Conduct keyword research (both long and short tail) with more than just Google Keyword Planner
- Create several campaigns to determine which campaigns work best
- Thorough competitor analysis
- Landing Page Optimization Recommendations

Requirements:
- Must be an absolute pro with lots of experience in Google AdWords.
- Must be able to show work done previously in regard to Google Adwords
- Must have very proficient English skills (both written and oral)
- Must have REAL experience you can prove, and REAL Google Adwords campaigns you have setup before and can prove
- Not paying a single penny until you actually show good progress

We will do a trial run and then commit for a long term relationship with milestones.
