Content editor long term

We are looking for a writer for a cryptocurrency page. The content needs to be written in English. We are looking for someone that has some (or best case: in depth) knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and knows how to write SEO content.

The content that we will need is
- basic content ("What is bitcoin?")
- more indepth content ("How will Bitcoin perform in the long run?")
and
- general crypto content ("Where can I buy NFTs?")

One article should be around 2,5k words (some might be shorter, e.g. 1,5k words, some might be longer, e.g. 3,5k words) and should cost max 40$.

We are looking for a long term relationship with our editor because we are just starting and will have to produce a lot articles in the next months and years.
