We're looking for a talented Social Media Manager to work closely with a popular Real Estate Investor who is a course creator, podcast host and part of a popular real estate investing company.
Pay Rate - $6 per hour, Full Time 9AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time. Time and screen will be tracked using Hubstaff.
Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to coordinate all social media activity.
- Oversee all social media accounts- Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
- Communicate with followers, respond to direct messages daily
- Upload social media posts to all platforms- YouTube, Instagram,
- Develop and implement social media strategy
- Collect and track most import social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Review all content (video, written, photo) prior to posting public to ensure compliance in quality control strategy (Review for “Cancel Culture”)
- Copy-write posts for all social media platforms and
- Communicating with video editor and checking their work
- Coordinating all video editing
- Some Graphic Design using Canva
- Virtually following around President of company, sitting in on coaching calls and coming up with content strategies
Qualifications:
- Excellent copy-writing skills
- Proficient in English Grammar
- Hands on experience in content management
- Proven work experience in Social Media management
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficient using multi social programs such as
- Graphic Design skills is a plus- Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
