Technical VA and marketing support for new U.S. website

Seeking technical VA to handle mechanics of new blog site built on Headway premium theme for WordPress (like Thesis, but not identical. If you have mastered Thesis, you can learn Headway).

I am a marketer and I will write all content, but I need someone to implement for me. Topic of blog site: “women and money issues.”

INITIAL TASKS:
1. Installing WordPress site in Headway premium theme
2. Working with WP/Headway theme and existing plugins
3. Photoshop for on-site graphics
4. Monitoring Google Analytics
5. Setting up opt-in pages
6. Posting articles to blog and Facebook
TASKS TO LEARN OVER TIME:
7. Submitting articles to directories
8. Social bookmarking (Twitter, Digg, StumbleUpon, Del.icio.us)
9. Submitting RSS Feeds
10. Managing autoresponder sequences
11. SEO/Keyword research
12. Developing back links
13. Video editing
14. PowerPoint presentations for webinars
15. Implementing ad campaigns
16. Any other similar marketing support functions.

I’m seeking someone with good English communication skills, access to own computer, available immediately for 20+ hours/week, with strong possibility of growing into full time position within one or two months.
