Appointment Setter - Sales

Huge Income Potential ... (Average person will earn $520 Monthly + Commission Potential of $300 - $1200 USD or More!)

You will cold call prospective home sellers with the goal of setting appointments for them to meet with our acquisitions team. You will also document outcomes and collect names, email addresses and follow up with those who are not yet ready to buy or sell their home.

Job responsibilities would include cultivating leads and setting appointments as well as documenting all client communication in an active CRM database.

• Perform outbound sales calls, including cold calls, lead follow-up and sales qualification (Must)
• Experience with Mojo Dialer (Preferred)
• Positive Attitude
• Have worked from home previously
• Stable internet connection 5mbps or higher
• Have a workstation at home
• Good reliable computer
• Proper headset equipment to make/receive calls and eliminate noise
• Has worked in the US in the past
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Must)
• Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
• Ability to close on appointments
• Good computer skills and experience with CRM’s
• Coachable
• Team player
• Reliable

Candidates that qualify for this position should have excellent oral and written English language skills; strong listening skills to uncover potential sales opportunities and provide solutions, an ability to learn and internalize dialogues, excellent communication skills and strong phone skills to set and close appointments then this may be a perfect position for you.
