CSR/ Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones through phone, chat, email and other social media platforms.

Expert level in spoken and written English is a requirement.

This is a full time vacancy and will require 40 hrs per week, thus you must not have another job. The successful applicant will need to work from 8am Arizona time - 5pm Arizona time while getting a break for a meal from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Arizona time. My goal is to develop a long term working relationship with the right person.

Responsibilities:
- sourcing goods, materials and services at competitive prices
- advising upper level staff members on which suppliers to contract with
- maintaining and updating the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if existing ones are unable to meet their obligations
- obtaining quotes from different suppliers
- negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns
- generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years sourcing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.
Strong negotiation skills.
Sound time-management and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
