About this Role:
We are seeking a proven Digital Performance Marketer to join our Australian team.
The position is a hands-on role, with a focus on performance marketing, across AdWords,
Hustle & attitude is everything at Star and we work in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
This role would suit someone who has 3+ years of working within a Performance Marketing environment, ideally with an understanding of e-commerce.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
• Google Ads – comprehensive knowledge of Search, Shopping Feeds, campaigns, optimisation, and delivery
•
• Social - appreciate content delivery opportunities on FB, Messenger, Instagram, Stories, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn
• Search - liaise with our SEO team, and leverage the SEM / SEO affinity
• Optimisation - continued micro attention to optimise ROAS & KPIs
• Planning & Reporting - manage and report on multiple campaigns across multiple platforms
• Multi-channel Funnel Approachability to visualise & architect conversion funnels across channels
• Detail Oriented - focus on the details, and find those buried nuggets
• Teamwork - Build strong relationships with clients & internal teams at various levels
About You:
• You have over 3 years of hands-on Google or
• Deep Understanding and experience of Google ads and bing/ Microsoft ads manager
• Understanding and experience of
• Understanding and experience of Google shopping product data feeds.
• Understanding at a base level of
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders
• You can interpret performance data to identify areas of opportunity to optimise and maximise KPIs and ROI
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, both for work output to clients, but also during the internal review process prior to work being released to clients.
• You can work well both independently and within a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to clients
