Hiring Salesperson for my Solar Company

***VERY HIGH PAY JOB!***

Hi! I'm looking for a skilled salesperson to sell solar for my company.

Your job will be to make calls to leads that we generate every day and sell them our $0 out-of-pocket solar program and I will be personally training you every day. You'll need to be available for 8-10 hours per day 6 days peer week to make calls.

The way it works is we spend money on ads every day to generate leads of interested people who want to go solar. You call the leads, set an appointment, and close the deal on our solar program.

There will be TONS of training and you will become a master at selling once you’ve been trained by us. All you need is a hard work ethic, very good English speaking ability, and a dedication to succeed.

This is a very high paying job, salary + commission based. You’ll receive $400 per month as your base salary and $500 per solar deal you close. The average sales rep will close 5-10 deals per MONTH! So you could make upwards of $5,000 per MONTH if you work hard.

Here's the requirements:
- FLUENT in English
- Call center experience
- sales experience
- hard worker
- looking for LONG TERM work
- 8-10 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 8 am Pacific Time to 9pm Pacific Time)
- you must be very willing to learn and love commissions
- if you have solar experience that would be good

These aren't requirements but I would very much like this:
- you have experience with Sales
- you have experience in solar
