JOB OVERVIEW

Our team is looking for a sassy, ambitious, coachable person who is going to take over my inbox and taking on sales call assistant service. This position is not a "sales" ---------- om helping to qualify in-bound leads with specific processes, keeping various tracking processes and sheets diligently to supporting new paying customer with coaching agreements, you will be asked to represent our support team with extreme care with very specific instructions.

If this is you, you will be joining a small but mighty team who are dedicated to learning and improving on a daily basis. I'm looking for someone who's smart, dedicated and who LOVES to learn.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
• You need to be available during working hours in the Eastern Time zone: 9am ET to 6pm ET.
• You are a strong writer. Excellent communication skills is a must have. You’ll be expected to write messages and email to support the new clients and sales team.
•You will be tasked to support our sales team with some specific processes: from the moment we receive a lead to the moment they are placing a payment to join our program.
• You need to be tech savvy, curious and proactive

• Fluent in English with perfect grammar, syntax
• Highly-organized: We have system in place to support each processes. You will have to use them and improve them while collaborating with the whole team.
• Flexible: You’ve got a great attitude and are willing to do the job that needs to be done rather than the job that it “should” be.
• Self Starter: You take responsibility for your part in our company and will suggest improvements or projects that will support our vision
• Supportive and loyal: I’m hugely loyal to my team and expect you to do everything humanly possible to support our vision and purpose.
• Excellent communicator: You can say just about anything if you say it with respect. I don’t want a sheep. I want a smart, motivated, ambitious person who isn’t afraid to speak up if there’s a problem and isn’t going to disappear on me if they get stuck or think they screwed up.
• Passionate and coachable: This is non-negotiable. I want a problem solver who is always open to learning a better way. If this is you, you are going to LOVE life with our team.
• Honest: You must be honest about the work that you deliver

• You will undergo a probationary period of 3 months

• Payment is bi-monthly (every 2 weeks) paid via Payoneer (please check this platform and open a profile).
