Prestige Stay is hiring a talented person as a Hospitality Manager/Operations Manager to assist on its short term rental (Airbnb) ---------- pany Background:
Prestige Stay is an innovative short term rental property management company in New Jersey that accommodates travelers with convenient, clean, and comfortable stays. As a fast growing vacation rental company, we are looking to expand our team of friendly staff. We set up and manage Airbnbs, have a maintenance team, cleaners, and own rental properties ourselves.

Position Background:
Prestige Stay is looking to hire a full-time rockstar hospitality manager/operations manager to run our Airbnb hospitality company, Prestige Stay. This role will focus on designing and onboarding new Airbnbs, working with tea ---------- mbers to handle day to day operations, and helping to grow the business. There is a lot of room for growth and for someone to have a lot of control over the product and day to day operations. The position with ability to move up the ranks and make a high income.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Create an optimized listing on Airbnb
Develop cleaning checklist and ensure booking of cleaners
Supply properties and ensure minimum levels of amenities
Ensure optimal booking rates and price points for properties
Answer prospective guest inquiries, and enforce community rules
Arrange for guests check-in, resolve their issues and ensure good reviews
Update monthly goal figures in our property dashboard
Coordinate repairs with service providers
Produce reports in documents and a spreadsheet format summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other metrics
Take the necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times
Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
Working with designers, cleaners, movers, and maintenance team to furnish and launch new airbnb listings
Completing property assessments to then route work orders to maintenance, cleaner, and designer on new Airbnb units
Ordering items for the Airbnb unit such as towels, sheets, etc.
Creating standard ordering lists for onboarding and ongoing operations
Manage cleaning and property maintenance teams
Communicate and coordinate with virtual assistant team
Organizing receipts and hours spent by project manager, maintenance, cleaner, and designer
Documenting photos and videos of the units prior to being listed so that our guest communications and team understands the inside of the unit and can assist with any guest issues that may arise
Coordinating with photographer to stage and photograph the unit
Working with operations team to make sure they have the information needed to list it on Airbnb
Be available for emergencies
Create Airbnb property listing on booking platforms: Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, & ---------- .

Full Job Description:
His or her objective is to maximize revenues, maintain high occupancy, ensure successful operations including booking guests, checking them in, and ensuring the property is cleaned and ready for the next guest’s arrival.
The manager should have strong knowledge of customer service, hotel operations, and hospitality industry and will be ensuring listings are optimized, while keeping hosts happy and informed. The individual needs to have excellent customer service and communication skills, need to be detail-oriented to catch the shortages on supplies and eyes to see any issues with the property before the guest arrives, while keeping the monthly expenditures within the limits of the approved budget. They are expected to be comfortable using software systems like property management and cleaning booking software systems and understand the responsibility and independence that comes with having a portfolio of properties they are responsible for.
