Hi, my name is YUJI.
My company started in Nov, 2018 and we currently accommodate about 40 students. I intentionally keep my company small, which enables me to help my students in the best way possible. ( all my students are adults )
We’ve been looking for a filipino ESL teacher who can teach Japanese students. With that being said, your job is to teach Japanese students using
Rate
-First probation: 7 days - 1500 peso
-Second probation: 1 month - 15,000 peso ( the service fee is included) - you will be working for 160h/m
-Official employment; after the second probation - 18,000 peso for 160h
-Promotion: if you continue with the job for a year, you will get paid 21,000 peso per month for 160h.
Payment ( fixed salary )
Payment will be made via PayPal twice a month.
Materials to be used
The materials you’ll be using have been created by the owner and each student has their own lesson plan. You will just follow the materials assigned to each student, you do not have to create any materials.
Training ( = first probation )
You will go through 20h of training during the first 7 days at my company. In-person training will be done by me and it will be for 5h and as for the rest of the 20 hours, you will watch the training videos I have prepared.
Schedule
You will be working in the evening during the weekdays ( mostly from 8PM-12 Japan time) and in the morning or evening on the weekends. The schedule will be decided by me and you will receive your schedule a day before. There is no day off However, if you need to take a break, you can talk to me and I will arrange it for you. But please do so a week in advance. Having no day off may sound tough, however, it is not as overwhelming as you think since you’re not going to work for 8h a day. Please refer to Rate for the number of work hours you will be asked to fulfill.
