We are a Sydney, Australia-based Property Management company looking for a full-time, home based, super star Personal Assistant / Appointment Setter.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Supporting the Leasing Agents (70-85% of your time)
- Responding to
- Posting Ads / replying to people's rental enquiries to arrange appointments for inspections
2. Supporting the Director with admin tasks (15-30% of your time)
- birthdays of employees, acquiantances etc
- ad hoc admin tasks
- manage Director's
- travel, hotel arrangements (after 6 months)
- manage to do list diary (after 6 months)

- This is a full-time position
- Work hours are Wed (1230pm - 930pm) / Thurs (1230pm - 930pm) / Fri (10am - 7pm) / Sat (10am - 7pm) / Sun (10am - 7pm) Sydney local time (with a 1 hour break)
- Days off are Monday and Tuesday

Negotiable 30,000 - 45,000
