Instructional Designer / e-learning specialist

I am interested in creating an elearning course covering topics that help people to get a job.

The course is a support product for an interview practice tool we sell.

We need a self starter who can:
Design and develop the curriculum and course material
Outline the resources / support material needed
(note: I have a video and graphics person who will both need clear instructions for materials needed).
I have some material - pdfs and other content

It must be loaded into an LMS called FreshLMS
The course should take a person 3 hrs to ---------- n you do this?
Note in your response approx how many hours do you believe it will take you to design / develop it.
List similar projects you might have completed.

We have a number of other elearning programs we will be developing. this is the simplest of them all.
