About the company and aim:
Tetteh Tech is a UK digital marketing company that has been around for 2 years. We provide a variety of services such as apps, logo design, branding, websites, social media marketing, hosting, SEO, powerpoint presentation, and graphic designs. The past two years, we have had repeated customers, however, after covid, I am looking to expand my company overseas and advertise on a wider scale and collaborate with bigger companies on projects and bring in a different customer base at the end of June. As the CEO of Tetteh Tech, I have tested the customers' process of what works and does not work.

Business Model:
Tetteh Tech business model requires charging a reasonable amount for our clients at just about a low rate and providing quality work in order for our clients to stay on board and use our services all the time and to beat competitors. This allows us to have consistent and regular work come through the pipeline for those who work on completing jobs with Tetteh Tech.


What I am looking for:
As the owner, my role is client-facing and bringing on new clients, and outsourcing the work accordingly. I am not the subject matter expert for each service, I work closely with the team/individuals to help assist along the way where required, whilst I can focus heavily on bringing in new clients and providing work.

I am looking to work with people who are able to ask the right questions from the customer to achieve the right outcome required to design the website, as well as web design and to get an idea of how to design the website or provide a concept if the client is not sure of what design they will want for a website.

I am looking to work with web developers who are knowledgeable in developing websites regardless of what type of work is provided, from eCommerce, development work, and standard websites.

I need to work with reliable, transparent individuals, and with excellent communication. This work involves the opportunity to work remotely, but check-ins with me are highly important due to the clients I work with.

I need the web developer to understand the assignments provided
Check their work quality
Check to spell for a clients website
Be able to speak to customers if called upon in a meeting
Can make website mobile friendly on all platforms
Can work in asana
Remains in communication no matter how bad the scenario is, so I can help resolve the issue
If possible to use your work on the website to show customers the example
If you are able to do an e-commerce website, you are able to work with shopify

I need the individuals to understand, lack of communication and delivering past time frame results in losing customers, which results in losing work which means a loss of business and no work for the developer. I need to work with quick workers and those who understand the value of working for a business.
