Web Developer/Programmer in the Philippines (Home-based)

We are establishing a core team in the Philippines. We are in process of recruiting, hiring and training
several talented web developers who may enjoy a fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment.
Interns and fresh graduates are welcome.

*** We are working with some of the newest and most innovative technologies in the market –
including frameworks such as Meteor and MongoDB (if you know about them, then this is a good sign).
This job requires that you learn new technologies and develop utilizing these technologies (with a bit of help from us).

Responsibilities:
>Create Web Layouts and Designs
>Create Web Apps (depending on client’s needs)

Qualifications:
• Demonstrates ability in CSS, HTML, PHP and Javascript 
• Knowledge in Wordpress theme customization 
• With UI designing exposure is a plus 
• Experience in design using Adobe software such as Photoshop, and Dreamweaver is a plus but not required 

Requirements:
• Excellent work ethic 
• Excellent command in the English language, in both written and oral 
• Ability to multi-task is a must 
• Organized 
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Keen eye on details 
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision 
• Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (8PM - 5AM Philippine time) 
• Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer

Salary: $2.50/hour + bonuses, salary adjustment after 90-day evaluation period
