Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

US Wholesale Real Estate company requires an Acquisitions Manager with at least 3 years experience.

Must have experience working with warm/hot leads to make offers to signed contract stage.

Must have experience and be able to run comps of the properties to be able to make offers and able to negotiate the prices with the sellers.

Experience in Creative Finance offers also proffered but not essential.

Payment will be an hourly rate and bonuses.
