Experienced SEO Content Writer - Copywriter

People and Processes, Inc. is an education and consulting services group that helps industrial and manufacturing groups improve their maintenance and reliability practices. Examples of those practices include proactive planning and scheduling, effective MRO storerooms, and developing reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
We have multiple social media groups and company pages, websites, printed media, and other properties in need of your SEO content writing skills. We seek a full-time individual who wants to be part of a long-term, mutually beneficial, and collaborative team relationship.

Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Writing and publishing articles, landing pages, web content, email and automation sequencing, podcast scripts, social media posts, blog posts, brochures, workbooks, and book content. The content will cover maintenance, reliability, leadership, manufacturing operations, and people strengths topics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to include graphic design, web development, and marketing strategist
• Research and write independently if given a subject or outline
• Tailor your content and voice to a specific audience
• Content audits to uncover existing opportunities for improvement within existing blog and resource sections of websites.
• Generating content ideas for blog posts based on competitive and keyword research.
• Using tools such as Zoom and Teams to interview subject matter experts and convert the interviews into solid SEO-rich content for publication.
• Recommending improvements in existing documents and processes, plus able to implement constructive criticism.
• Being a continuous learner.
• Keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other tools.
• Working hours to allow you to overlap a four-to-five hour collaboration window from 8 or 9 AM to Noon or 1 PM in the US eastern time zone.
Experience, specifics, and qualifications:
• Excellent writer and communicator in the English language.
• Experience with creating content, both long and short-form.
• Understand good email etiquette and "know your customer" regarding the language used in communications.
• You have an excellent understanding of on-page optimization, including writing page titles, meta-descriptions and writing or editing existing body copy.
• Strategic thinker and can identify SEO and content opportunities.

Compensation
• Pay salary weekly to start, then pay compensation every two weeks after two months of employment.
• Pay increases based on performance.
