Job Duties:
-Full-time 40 hrs. / wk - $140 USD / week, PLUS bonuses
-Use an autodialer to make high-volume outbound calls per day in order to get into contact with homeowners who are considering selling their house(s) & explain how we may be able to help them in that process.
-Use scripts and thoughtful conversation to build rapport and convert prospects into leads.
-Handle objections efficiently
-Ask qualifying questions and either warm transfer the call or set an appointment to receive their offer.
-Properly disposition calls in our CRM
-Receive low volume inbound calls
-Perform other related tasks
Job Requirements:
-Must have very good English speaking skills (preferably little to no accent) and writing skills
-Must have a year or more of outbound cold calling experience (any industry)
-Real Estate experience is a plus
-Advanced skills with MS-Office and Google Drive
-Experience using an Autodialer (Calltools is a plus)
-Experience using a CRM (Investorfuse is a plus)
Tech requirements:
A good performing computer (minimum i3 processor / 4GB Ram) ; A backup computer is a plus just in case.
A stable wired 20 Mbps (will be verified) internet connection (fiber preferred) ; A backup internet connection is a plus
USB Wired Noise cancelling headset
