JOB OVERVIEW

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide ?rst level customer support (email) for Outblaze's end-users
• Investigate and identify problems reported bv end-users
• Provide professional, accurate, and timelv responses to user inquiries
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Maintain and update the CS Handbook, work?ow documents, and guidelines
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Moderate forums and address technical issues that are noted
• Create related reports for analytic purposes

Skills and Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• With TOPIK 4 or above or equivalent for Korean ( CS) , or With JLPT N1 or N2 or above proficiency for Japanese ( CS)
• At least 1-2 vears related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills: English/ Korean or English / Japanese
• Practical knowledge of mobile game, Internet, and Web browsers
• Attention to details, problem-solving skills, and an ability to learn new concepts quickly and thoroughly
• Full-Time position(s) available.
