Web Design, Writer, SEO,Product adding onto the store, general VA Duties

I am Looking for a VA with Web Design skills, to set up a store on 'Big commerce', the Employee will become a PERMANENT full time member After a trial, the VA must have WEB design skills, writing, social media management skills, starting rate is $200 pm but will increase after 3 month, I need someone who will setup the store add products, and market to social media. someone who is a team player, and will be passionate about my business as if its their own.
