Sourcing Agent for Clothing Line & Branded Merchandise

Hi there, I am looking to open up branded apparel shop online where the shop will sell variety of items all quirky similar to brands like kikki -k or ---------- (typo), or ---------- (designed merchandise clothing). Examples are:

I need this sourcing person to be working closely with designer to choose from fabric to color to shipping, getting cheapest but best quality outcome by getting sample right first.
