Business Unit Head

MANULIFE OPPORTUNITY FOR DAVAO REGION APPLICANTS ONLY:


Team Infinite Celestial Empire (ICE), the Top Team Performer of Manulife Philippines is looking for an experienced “Business Unit Head" to help our company find and retain excellent sales team of Life Insurance Agents. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong sales team brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and sales team.



SPECIFIC ROLES AS UNIT MANAGER:
* Build a strong sales team of Licensed Financial Advisers / Life Insurance Agents
* Recruit at least 5 Active Licensed Agents per month
* Make at least 5 personal sales per month



QUALIFICATIONS:
* College graduate any business related courses
* Must be a people leader for at least five (5) years experience
* At least three (3) years of experience as Sales Manager from a reputable company
* Must be currently employed or recently resigned

COMPENSATION:
* P30K or P50K Assured Monthly Allowance
* average commission of 40% of your own sales
* overriding commission of up to 40% from all team members under your team
* overriding commission of your personal sales
* monthly & annual incentives
* monthly & annual bonuses
* monthly & annual awards
* twice a month payout. All income, only 1 deduction will apply, which is the government tax only.
