As a Financial Advisor, your advocacy is to spread the importance of financial planning, income protection, and wealth preservation / accumulation. You can do this by educating the people about Financial Literary Awareness Campaign.


Our entry level position is Financial Advisor (IA).

Promotion to Assistant Manager (JUH) as early as 1 month as long as performance is proven.



SPECIFIC ROLES AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR (IA):
* Conduct a one-on-one or group presentation about Financial Planning / Financial Wellness
* Identify the financial needs and life goals of the client
* Recommend and offer a tailored-fit financial solution product/services.
* Close the deal
* Recruit talented part-timers who are willing to be trained to become a Financial Advisor (IA) too.



QUALIFICATIONS:
* College graduate any business related courses
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
* Tech savvy
* Willing to be trained & be a good student
* Willing to take Financial Advisor Licensure Exam



PREFERABLY, COMING FROM:
* Real Estate Broker/Agent
* BPO
* Pharmaceutical Sales
* Bank Branch Front-liners
* Fresh Graduates From reputable Universities



COMPENSATION:
* P20K Monthly Allowance
* up to P100K+ monthly income potential (commission basis)
* commission on an average of 40% of your own sales
* overriding commission of up to 12.5% from all team members under your team
* monthly & annual incentives
* monthly & annual bonuses
* monthly & annual awards
* twice a month payout. All income, only 1 deduction will apply, which is the government tax only.
