First of all, EXCELLENT English is a must. If you don’t speak great English PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

We are looking for someone reliable, with excellent customer service skills, and a very friendly, upbeat, and determined personality. This position will involve calling random homeowners to see if they would be interested in selling their property to us on a daily basis.

You will be on the phone most of the time in this position, talking to people, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Cold Calling Scripts will be provided along with basic training.

Basic Job Description and Responsibilities:

* Making Outbound Calls to Motivated Home Sellers Using Our Script
* Researching properties online using various sites like ---------- , ---------- , and ----------
* Updating Leads in our CRM.
* Filling out lead sheets with new properties and tagging the lead manager on all motivated sellers.

Minimum Requirements:

* Must have your own personal computer (No Older Than 5 Years Old).

* Must have a smartphone

* Must have reliable high speed internet.

* Must have a quiet place to work without any interruptions or any excessive background noise of any kinds.

* Must be able to work the right shift (9PM - 5AM) Philippines Time. Monday - Friday. Minimum of 20 Hours a week. 4 weeks a month. Time off and paid vacations can be discussed later in the interview process.

* Must be willing to install work monitoring software on your computer in order to monitor quality of work and performance.
Must be coachable and willing to learn quickly and take self initiative on your own without close supervision.

Sounds good - Do you have about 5 minutes so I can ask you some questions about your property?

Ok, great...after that I’ll let you know what your options are and you can just let me know what you’d like to do”.
