Requirements:
-A Bachelor's degree or AA degree
-Ability to work well in a team environment
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Excellent organizational, analytical skills, keen eye for details
-Good computer skills- especially in excel
-Multi-task oriented/detailed
-High sense of urgency/initiative
-Type at least 50 WPM
-Must be available a minimum of 30 hours/week and work PST hours

Primary Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Buyer Assistant:
-Assist in preparing statistical and monthly reports
-Review invoices for accuracy
-Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, adjustments, etc.
-Code general ledger in QBO
-Prepare journal entries; ensures that entries and financial records adhere to established controls, accounting principles and policies
