WHAT'S THE CHALLENGE?
We are looking for a hardworking, talented creative person with WordPress expertise to help us develop and build out the employee onboarding and training programs in WordPress. Initially this is a part-time project base work (you work part time around your other commitments). After the initial project and if we find you suitable for the position, we will consider long-term employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll initiate, track, and execute project coordination activities, data collection, employee onboarding, building educational classes in WordPress using Member Press and BuddyBoss Plugins, and other tasks critical to efficient and effective project execution.
Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionality to help define creative ---------- rve as a content poster, find accurate images, add videos, insert comparison tables, add beautiful pros & cons lists, structure the onboarding and training programs so they are visually appealing, and various other things that we cover in our own training videos and documentation.
Handle both backend and frontend development including but not limited to implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security as needed.

YOU HAVE:
Proven WordPress, Member Press, and BuddyBoss Plugins experience
Complete knowledge of WordPress architect ( eg. custom post types, WordPress Hooks and existing WordPress functions)
You have created detailed Educational Classes in WordPress
Good server knowledge, especially administering WordPress websites
You are a self-starter and can manage your time and your team’s time effectively
You are not afraid to speak your mind and offer your opinions and ideas
Resourceful - The ability to find different resources and get things done
Can communicate clearly and honestly, be fluent in English
Can work US working hours from 8am to 5pm (EST)
Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities.
