Podcast Editor Needed For #60 US Entrepreneurship Podcast

I started a podcast that took off fairly quickly and reached #60 in US Entrepreneurship within the first 10 episodes. It has also reached top 10 in various countries around the world.

I'd like to take the editing off my plate so I can focus on putting out more content more consistently.

The podcast is now recorded in Riverside.fm.

I need a video and audio version of each episode. The goal is the have episodes released ---------- dio:
The audio files are downloaded from Riverside. They then need to be edited to:
- remove ums & filler words + large silent gaps
- add intro / outro & ads

Thus far, I've been doing this myself in Garage Band. Once the episode is edited, I upload onto Buzzsprout and use their Magic Editor feature to make the episode sound better. So the editing does not need to include steps that the Magic Editor would do.

Video:
- Riverside does a great job of syncing the videos. However, the intro/outro & ads added into the audio version will also need to be stitched into the video version

In your response, here's what I'd love to learn:
- any relevant experience. It's tough to give up control to the editing of my show so I need to feel comfortable you can put out high quality work
- detailed expectations on cost. do you charge hourly? if so, how many hours should each episode take (assume each interview is about 1 hour long)? do you charge per episode? would you be able to quote a fixed monthly price assuming 1 episode per week that is roughly 1 hour long?

I know it's incredibly difficult to get traction for a podcast and I'm fortunate to have done so pretty quickly. I'm excited to find a partner to help me continue growing!
