Senior Web Developer

Hello! I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest, and we are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer that has extensive experience with Divi who will work alongside our Creative Director, strategists, and producers to create websites for small and medium-sized businesses.

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! And, I am happy to offer incentives in pay once the accounts show growth! I would like to start with a part-time role, for 30 days but if we can show success, I'd like to move full-time ASAP with the right individual! I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

Responsibilities:
- Communication skill has to be exemplary.
- Work closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists to take websites from concept to working product for a variety of clients across multiple industries (experience building with WooCommerce is a huge bonus).
- Help maintain and add functionality to existing websites.
- Produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals.
- Communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
- Install, customize and maintain plug-ins and 3rd-party applications
- Able to execute basic development tasks when the design is handed off to you
