marketing/web designer with HTML

we are commercialpeople.co.uk .we advertise commercial property on behalf of agents ,we also advertise property related services and Franchises. We do this is India and South Africa aswell but also advertise residential properties on our ZA and IN sites.
i need a web designer not full stack but someone who is creative that can design professional email marketing ,we use either mailchimp or graphicmail. these are HTML coded so i need someone who can do this and make sure they are email friendly in terms of getting through fire walls we have a database of 12,000 customers we want to start ,at least 3 a week going out with different themes.This is long term plenty more to do long term in terms of website design social media marketing etc etc with reviews on money offered once relationship established.
