We’re looking for a new Patient Concierge to join our Marketing Agency at Forever Booked. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and full of energy!
If you had superpowers, they would be a triad of: organization, communication, and multitasking.
This role is perfect if you are excited about the idea of helping small businesses grow, especially in the Health & Wellness industry.
Through the work we do, we’re not just able to help small businesses grow BUT help people live better lives by improving their health and how they feel.
How? By helping Medical Spas get known in their area!
We are not a typical marketing agency. Our company provides an incredibly unique & specific service that helps Medical Spas attract and convert high-value customers.
The secret sauce that makes our business so unique is our “Patient Concierge” service. The Patient Concierge is the person who takes people interested in the services we promote, and turns them into customers by “nurturing” them through text message.
The patient concierge uses our extensive knowledge and systems to communicate with leads through text message, answer their questions, peak interest, and guide them towards an appointment.
Enter YOU, our next Patient Concierge!
Here are some responsibilities of the role:
-Book appointments with leads using text message on our online software using a database of templated responses
-Facilitate promotional campaigns using customer databases
-Review campaign data and identify trends and insights to develop strategic recommendations for campaigns
-Manage multiple clients and provide updates on client results
-Learn and understand our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can use them effectively. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist, just a basic understanding of how and why things work.
-Problem solve and manage crisis situations. Be able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems
-Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and customer success manager to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
-Assist internal teams with coordination and prioritization of projects and tasks through internal tools and systems
Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
-You have to be willing to undergo training on all our systems and processes so you can fully understand and implement them on your own
-Develop an extensive understanding of the services we promote using our knowledge base
-You have previous experience in an Account Management role, or customer service
-You have near perfect written and spoken English
-You’re a wizard with excel or google sheets
-You are very organized, and an excellent multitasker
-You are comfortable working in a fast paced, occasionally stressful environment
-You’re fun to be around over coffee or beer outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).
This is a 100% remote and full-time position.
While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Canadian EST Time Zone (9 AM to 5 PM EST Toronto/New York Time).
Your compensation will be base salary + bonuses based on milestones hit.
